Description: Our returning client Ms. Tania’s teenage son was sure of dark and moody tones with very little light access and proper space for strolling around the room. Keeping his needs in mind we went for Rustic Industrial style in this room with repeated use of steel and wood plus bold colours such as navy and grey.

According to the client’s requirements, we have created different zones like study area, leisure area, display unit, poster gallery and a walkway all in cohesion with the theme despite various structural constraints. Multi-coloured warm toned, vertical blinds were suggested which will not only block heat and light but also will bring in contrast and tone down the room.

Blue LED light strips were added in the ceiling and the headboard to highlight the edges. Extra lighting sources were proposed such as industrial metal lamp shades, wall sconces and chandeliers. Incorporation of multiple textures from leather beanbag, rug, wall panels, etc was also advised.
